As we all search for the best market price for a medium to large tract of land, the Texas Real Estate Center has this to say........
"Size matters when determining price trends in Texas land markets. In general, large tracts sell for less per acre thansmall tracts, but premiums and discounts vary from one area of Texas to another. Size-adjusted prices indicatethat land markets are weakening."
